Morris Method 3: Mad Morris

Recorded in December 2006 at Monster Gym, this is a training session that covers fundamentals, mindset,some situational pad, high-intensity interval bag work, and conditional fighting, as well as various tips on fighting and fight training.

But the main focus of the session is on learning how to ‘let go’, release inhibitions in training, and tap into emotional resources–hence the title. I demonstrate what I mean by this, and I get everybody in the class going, too. Everybody got a big buzz out of this session, and it’s a lot of fun to watch.
