Most of these mistakes have to do with body mechanics and how to get the most out of your training physiologically, tactically, and biomechanically. Some of them I see again and again and again, even in experienced fighters. All are essential contributors to performance. They are concepts that you must understand if you want to progress.
I go into depth on each point, examining the why and not just the how. I want you to understand the reasons behind what I’m showing you, so that you can apply these concepts yourself and get the most out of your capabilities
